How do I know you'll be around in the future?

There are a lot of fly-by-night website designer. Thankfully we're not one of them. We've been in business since 2005 and have turned a profit every single year. We are privately owned, which means we don't answer to outside investors. We serve hundreds of churches, are debt-free, and manage our business according to Scripture. We feel that these facts point to us being around for a long, long time.

How do your prices compare to other web design companies?

We firmly believe in creating a company that will last; one that will be around to serve our partners for years to come. Are your websites easy to update and what is a CMS?

Yes. The CMS (Content Management System) that ChurchSiteDirect has developed is not only easy to update, but fun to use. Without any need to know programming languages, you are in control of your text, photos, navigation, events, sermons, blogs, video, audio, and much more.

What is the difference between the Trial Design and a Custom Design?
|
|
|
All of our CMS features are included with every website. With a Trial Design (you build it) option, you are able to select your favorite design and customize your website. Whereas, the Custom Design (we build it) option, is where you hire us to build the website for you. Many partners choose to have us do the initial design for them. Once we build the initial website; laying the foundation as it were, we empower our partners by giving them control of their site.

I notice that you refer to "customers" as "partners". Why?
|

We view the churches that we serve as partners in the Gospel. This means that we don't view ourselves as a web design company with customers; we view ourselves as a Gospel company that partners with churches to spread the Good News via technology. Because of this, we refer to our "customers" as "partners".

Are there any other costs other than the design setup price and monthly system access?
|
|
|
Not from us. The only other thing you'll need is a domain name, which you can purchase from a domain registrar. You can purchase your domain name for about $15 through our discount domain partner.

Absolutely! ChurchSiteDirect has one of the best shopping cart features available. Each shopping cart is customized to suit individual needs. This system comes with a return shopper account login and holds to the standard SSL security with certificate seal displayed.
Our ecommerce package includes tools built into the site, and training on the system, so you will be able to manage your online store effectively. Along with our excellent turn-around time, there is no need to look further!
